Titan Wash Tech LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the ShopCarWashplatform and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Please read this privacy policy carefully. By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, information we obtain automatically when you use our Service, and information from third-party sources.
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account
- Business Information: Business name, address, service areas, and specialties when creating a service provider profile
- Listing Content: Equipment descriptions, photos, pricing, and condition information for marketplace listings
- Payment Information: Billing address and payment method details processed through our payment provider (Stripe) for optional paid features
- Communications: Messages sent through our platform, customer support inquiries, and survey responses
- Reviews and Ratings: Feedback you provide about service providers or transactions
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and mobile network information
- Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, listings browsed, searches performed, time spent on pages, and navigation patterns
- Location Data: General location derived from IP address to provide relevant local results
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- Authentication Providers: If you sign in using third-party services (e.g., Google), we receive profile information from those providers
- Payment Processors: Transaction confirmations and fraud prevention data from Stripe
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
- Process transactions and send related information
- Display your listings and service profiles to other users
- Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and service providers
- Send administrative notices, updates, and security alerts
- Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
- Send promotional communications (with your consent, where required)
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse

3. Shared Account System and Cross-Product Data
ShopCarWash is part of the Titan Wash Tech family of products. When you create an account on ShopCarWash, you create a Titan Wash Tech account that may be used to access other Titan Wash Tech products and services.
- Shared Authentication: Your login credentials (email, password, and third-party sign-in connections) are managed through our shared Firebase-based authentication system
- Account Profile: Basic profile information (name, email) is shared across Titan Wash Tech products to provide a unified experience
- Separate Data: Your ShopCarWash-specific data (listings, messages, reviews, marketplace activity) is NOT automatically shared with other Titan Wash Tech products
- Opt-In Sharing: If we introduce features that share data across products, we will notify you and obtain your consent where required by law
Each Titan Wash Tech product has its own privacy policy governing product-specific data collection and use. This Privacy Policy covers only data collected through ShopCarWash.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with third-party vendors, service providers, and partners who perform services on our behalf:
Firebase (Google)
Authentication, database hosting, and analytics services
Stripe
Payment processing for optional paid features
Vercel
Web application hosting and content delivery
Sentry
Error monitoring and application performance tracking
These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

- With Your Consent: We share information when you direct us to do so
- Public Listings: Listing content (descriptions, photos, pricing) and service provider profiles are publicly visible on the platform
- Service Providers: With vendors who provide services on our behalf, as described above
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process
- Protection of Rights: To protect the rights, property, and safety of Titan Wash Tech, our users, or others
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
Titan Wash Tech does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
6. California Consumer Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
6.1 Categories of Personal Information We Collect
Under the CCPA, we collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, IP address, account username, Firebase UID
- Customer Records (Cal. Civ. Code 1798.80): Name, address, telephone number
- Commercial Information: Transaction history for paid features, listing activity, service inquiries
- Internet/Network Activity: Browsing history on our platform, search history, clickstream data, feature usage patterns
- Geolocation Data: IP-derived location
- Professional/Employment Information: Business name, service specialties, service areas
- Inferences: User preferences and predicted interests derived from collected data
We do NOT collect: Protected characteristics, biometric information, sensory data, or education information.
6.2 Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA
Right to Know
You may request disclosure of the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, including the categories of information, sources, business purposes, and third parties with whom we share it.
Right to Delete
You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to exceptions including: completing transactions, detecting security incidents, legal compliance, and exercising free speech rights.
Right to Correct
You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the information.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing
You have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. Titan Wash Tech does NOT sell personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide different quality of service because you exercised your CCPA rights.
6.3 How We Verify Your Identity
To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before responding to requests to know, delete, or correct personal information:
- For Account Holders: Log into your account and submit the request through account settings, OR email from your registered email address and confirm via a verification link we send you
- For Non-Account Holders: Provide your email address, full name, and at least two additional data points we can match against our records
- For Deletion Requests: We require a higher level of verification including confirmation via email
6.4 How to Submit a CCPA Request
Submit requests through any of these methods:

We will confirm receipt within 10 days and respond within 45 days. If additional time is needed (up to 90 days total), we will notify you in writing with the reason for the extension.
Notice: We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
Titan Wash Tech does NOT sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
- Account Data: Retained for the lifetime of your account plus 7 years after account closure for legal and tax purposes
- Transaction Data: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and financial reporting requirements
- Listing Data: Active listings remain on the platform until removed by you or account closure; removed listings are deleted within 90 days
- Analytics Data: Retained for up to 26 months
- Messages: Retained for the lifetime of your account; deleted within 90 days of account closure
When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. Deletion of account data and User Content following account closure will be completed within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.
8. Users Under 18
Our Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service or provide any personal information to us.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from an individual under 18, please contact us at privacy@titanwashtech.com.
9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest
- Regular security assessments
- Access controls and authentication requirements
- Secure data center facilities through our cloud providers
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your personal information, we will:
- Investigate promptly: We will immediately investigate the scope and nature of the breach
- Notify affected users: We will notify you within 72 hours of discovering a breach that is reasonably likely to result in harm, as required by Tennessee law (Tenn. Code Ann. § 47-18-2107) and other applicable state breach notification laws
- Notify authorities: We will report the breach to relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable law
- Provide details: Notifications will include the nature of the breach, the types of information involved, steps we are taking to address the breach, and recommendations for how you can protect yourself
- Offer remediation: Where appropriate, we will provide credit monitoring or other remediation services
11. International Data Transfers
Our Service is operated in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers and central database are located.
By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. We take steps to ensure that your information receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it, including through our contractual arrangements with third-party service providers.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect usage information and improve our Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

12.2 Managing Cookies
Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Please note that disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using certain features of the Service, such as logging in to your account.
12.3 Do Not Track Disclosure
Our Service does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals. There is no uniform standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals. If a standard is established in the future, we will review our practices and update this policy accordingly. Regardless of DNT settings, we do not track users across third-party websites and do not sell personal information.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, updating the "Last Updated" date, and notifying you via email if you have an account with us.
If you disagree with material changes, you may delete your account before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
